Hi, I'm Kevin.

I believe the best business decisions begin with understanding the market.

For more than 15 years, I've helped organizations turn customer, competitor, and market intelligence into strategic advantage. My career has taken me from marketing research to product marketing and, ultimately, to leading Market & Competitive Intelligence for a B2B SaaS organization, where I partner with executive leadership to shape product strategy, go-to-market execution, competitive positioning, and long-term growth.

I'm naturally curious and enjoy answering difficult business questions. Whether the challenge is understanding why deals are won or lost, identifying emerging competitors, validating customer value, or uncovering new market opportunities, I enjoy connecting data from multiple sources and translating it into clear, actionable recommendations.

Today my work spans:

  • Voice of Customer
  • Win/Loss Strategy
  • Market Research
  • AI-Powered Market Intelligence
  • Analyst Relations
  • Executive Decision Support

One area I'm particularly passionate about is applying artificial intelligence to market intelligence.

  • Rather than replacing human analysis, I believe AI should amplify it. It should help teams uncover patterns faster, explore larger datasets, and spend more time making strategic decisions.
  • Recently I've built AI-powered market intelligence solutions capable of analyzing approximately 8,000 sales conversations to identify buyer needs, competitor activity, pricing trends, objections, messaging effectiveness, and product feedback. I'm now focused on the next evolution: enabling real-time market intelligence through AI as organizations transition to modern conversation intelligence platforms.

Continuous Improvement

I send my team an annual survey to measure the performance of the Market Insight team program and I identify areas of improvement:
  • Satisfaction with competitive intelligence program
  • Depth
  • Breadth
  • Timely
  • Impactful
  • Actionable
  • Communicated effectively
  • Clear, digestible format

When I'm not working, I spend my time mountain biking, beekeeping, and scuba diving.
